I would give this place an 11 if I could. They really care about the customer and have gone the extra mile for me on a regular basis.

I have been using Napa Auto Repair for a couple of years now and every time I call to schedule an appointment, it has always been an “ no problem, we can get you taken care of, when where you thinking of coming in “ kind of conversation. Price is average for an auto repair shop, however the service you get in return is the reason I use them.
